Contact Information & Location
The form below is the best way to reach me and get your repair started. The phone number listed underneath the form goes to my main studio/office, so it’s less likely I’ll pick up if I’m in a meeting or working on something. Best bet is to fill out the form here and I’ll get back to you via email as soon as I can.
To Get Your Repair Started: Please describe what’s going on in the “Message” field. I’ll get back to you within 1-2 business days (unless it’s urgent and you need your stuff fixed quick for a tournament or something… in that case give me a call directly and I’ll try to get you up and running pronto).

If you prefer to call and discuss your repair needs, you can use this number:

(Press Option 4)
*NOTE* Yes, I know the phone line says WMC Studios. That’s my primary business… paintball stuff doesn’t pay the bills, it’s more of a personal passion. Just hit extension 4 as soon as you hear the phone system.

Shop Rules – Please Read Carefully
DO NOT JUST “SWING BY” THE SHOP! I am a busy marketing professional and single dad, and I am located in a shared professional building. Please email (using the form) or call ahead before coming by. That includes Air Club Members.
RULES FOR VISITING THE SHOP:
1.) All paintball markers must be un-gassed and un-loaded. That means tank unscrewed or ASA turned off. Hoppers must be removed from the marker ahead of time, and barrel cover/sock secured.
2.) All paintball markers must come into and leave the building in a case or bag of some sort. We all love paintball… but many uninformed people may see something that looks like a gun and freak out (understandably). Please resepect everyone by just keeping it in a bag/case until you get in here.
3.) Always treat it like it’s loaded. That goes for real guns and airguns, so paintball markers are no different. We all want to keep our eyeballs.
4.) Never, ever, ever shoot a single shot in my office’s parking lot. I don’t care if it’s loaded or a dry-fire. You’ll never be welcomed back. Refer back to rules #1-3.
5.) Please bring cash, I am not accepting credit cards at this time.
6.) I do not buy or sell gear, paint or other equipment. I am not planning to in the future. I will not sell your paintball marker for you.
7.) No, I will not build you a website or help you bring a paintball product to market. Unless you’re a professional with a registered business and a minimum budget of $6000.
If you follow these rules we’ll be all-good and I’d love to meet you here to get your marker fixed, fill your tank and shoot the sh*t about paintball and other things for a while.
Thank you for understanding!
Sincerely,
